For more Levant I went to Tarifa. At the Club Mistral there have been just 12 knots, so I went to Playa Chica and started surf there. With a well (over-)powered 4.7 and my new board I was surfing there till the harbor police came – porbably we can see the big ferry and it should not be dangerous…
The board was quite easygoing and I really could play around with it – but the wind was quite strong and gusty so I didn’t train something…
in Almerimar again! Nice wind for 4.7 but less waves. I’ve attempted the frontloop with onshore wind and it hurts – but I’ve got a feeling for the rotation – and the conditions wasn’t easy!
Improved jibe within footsteps (waterstart switch footsteps clew first).
Impaired duck jibe.
One weekend in Tarifa with not at all constant nice conditions – and no improvement.

after the end of the Spanish course we had some time to do a trip:
First two day to Sevilla – nice beautiful city.
After that we headed to Tarifa, with a stop in Cadiz: nice city spot for surfing:
After that some nightlife in Tarifa (what’s left at the end of season) and two days with nice swell at El Palmar:
